Return policy
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in an order. The first day of the window starts the day the tracking shows delivered status and items must be shipped back within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the items condition. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
* Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or the return may be declined.
* Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
* Return shipping will be the customers responsibly unless it is a shipping error or damaged item.
* Please allow 5-7 days from the day we receive the returned package for processing. Refunds will go back to the original form of payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, final sale items or gift cards.
Orders cannot be canceled if it has began the shipping process or has shipped. Which it usually begins within 30 minutes to an hour of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
